Blueberry Tea Mojito

Tea, fruit, berries, a little mint and pow! A party in a glass.

  • 1½ cups (reserve 1/2 cup for garnish)blueberries
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • cut into 6 wedges1 lime
  • 12ice cubes
  • 9 tspsugar
  • cups of NESTEA® or NESTEA® Zero
  • mint
  • club soda or sparkling water


  1. Muddle (crush and mix) blueberries, lime wedges, mint and sugar together until blueberries are bruised.

  2. Add the NESTEA® and ice, and shake well.

  3. Strain blueberry tea mixture, and divide among 6 highball glasses (around 1 1/2" at bottom of each glass).

  4. Fill the glasses halfway with ice.

  5. Top the glasses with club soda or sparkling water.

  6. Garnish with remaining blueberries and mint.
