Citrus Salsa Ceviche
What's not to love about a refreshing drink that adds great flavour too?
- 1 cup NESTEA® Green Tea
- 1/2 cupfresh lime juice
- 1/4 cupfresh lemon juice
- 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tspsalt
- 1 10-oz (300-g) sushi-grade tuna steak
- 1 12-oz (350-g)bag frozen cooked shrimp, 26-30 count
- 2 navel oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 tbsp chopped chives, cut into 1/4" pieces
Mix dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
Thaw shrimp and rinse well.
Cut tuna steak into 1/2" cubes.
Add tuna, shrimp and orange segments to dressing and toss. Top with chopped chives.
