Citrus Salsa Ceviche

What's not to love about a refreshing drink that adds great flavour too?

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 cup NESTEA® Green Tea
  • 1/2 cupfresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cupfresh lemon juice
  • 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 10-oz (300-g) sushi-grade tuna steak
  • 1 12-oz (350-g)bag frozen cooked shrimp, 26-30 count
  • 2 navel oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives, cut into 1/4" pieces

Method

  1. Mix dressing ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Thaw shrimp and rinse well.

  3. Cut tuna steak into 1/2" cubes.

  4. Add tuna, shrimp and orange segments to dressing and toss. Top with chopped chives.
