  2. Make festive decorative ice ring: Pour 2 1/2 cup of water into a bundt pan. Place level in thefreezer for 2 hours or until almost solid. Remove from freezer, and add decorative items like cranberries, pomegranate seeds, orange and lemon slices. Place back in freezer for another 1/2 hour to set. Pour more water over top to cover the fruit decorations and freeze until solid.

  3. Before serving punch, sit the bundt pan in cold water for a few minutes until the ice is released. Float the ice in the punch, and serve. (Substitute iced tea instead of water to make ice ring. It chills the punch without diluting it) Or: make ice cubes with punch mixture, adding a couple of fresh or frozen cranberries to each ice cube when the iced tea is still slushy. Place back in freezer until iced tea ice cubes are completely frozen.
